Thats one of the things that can be both challenging and rewarding.
Getting speakers for clubs.

I love doing it but sometimes drives me nuts.   lol
I have my first 5 months set for 09. 
Takes a load off my shoulders getting it done in advance.  Fun part is finding emails for people.
